Dr. Robin McClure

Dr. Robin McClure

Dr. Robin McClure has been writing documentation, developing curriculum, designing activities to reinforce learning (games, tests, exercises, etc.), facilitating training classes, and consulting on performance improvement and organizational development projects since 1992. She brings valuable corporate experience from Mayo Clinic (Lead Trainer/Spanish Interpreter), InTuition, Inc. (Training and Development Consultant/Corporate Trainer), and the Federal Reserve Bank of Atlanta (Senior Training Specialist, Section Manager, and Training Manager).

She holds a Ph.D. in Education with a specialization in Instructional Design from Capella University; dual Masters in Human Resource Development and Management from Webster University; and a Bachelors of Arts in Spanish/Latin American Studies from Flagler College.

Dr. McClure is the past-president of the Florida First Coast Chapter of the International Society of Performance Improvement (ISPI). She is also currently a member of the American Society for Training and Development (ASTD), Society for Human Resource Development (SHRM), and the American Marketing Association (AMA).

Dr. McClure has written many articles, research papers, and training courses over the past  20 years. Her doctoral dissertation was Developing Core Competencies for Financial Services Roles and Associating Them with Personality Traits Using the WorkPlace Big Five ProfileTM.

Dr. McClure is passionate about learning and makes it a point to stay current with industry trends and needs by attending and presenting at industry and product/service related conferences each year. Her office library contains over 800 books that she refers to regularly on topics such as competency development, personality, management/leadership, brain research, education, instructional design, training, consulting, and more. 

Kevin McClure

Kevin McClure

Kevin McClure has a background as an accounting professional with progressive experience in general ledger accounting, auditing, and analysis in the distribution, financial services, retail, and manufacturing industries. He brings valuable corporate experience from Malnove, Inc. (Staff Accountant), Stein Mart, Inc. (Staff Accountant/Auditor and Senior Auditor), InTuition, Inc. (Quality Assurance Analyst), and Unisource Worldwide, Inc. (Senior Accountant, Accounting Supervisor, Accounting Manager, and Controller).

He holds a B.S. in Accounting from the University of Florida.

Mr. McClure is passionate about accuracy. With experience as a Controller and Internal Auditor of multi-billion dollar, national companies, Mr. McClure brings a unique financial perspective to the Accuracy courses offered by Evoke Development and the importance of accurate data to an organization's bottom line. Drawing upon this knowledge, he provides real-world examples and is able to adapt the training to meet the customer's unique business environment.

Wally Lovely

Wally Lovely

Captain Wally Lovely, U.S. Navy (Retired), serves as the Vice President of Talent Development and Leadership Consulting Services. Mr. Lovely is responsible for expanding and enhancing the coaching, mentoring, leadership, and humanitarian programs offered by Evoke Development, both domestically and abroad.

Before joining Evoke Development, Mr. Lovely held numerous leadership positions at sea and ashore at locations around the world. He led thousands of people during his career and was responsible for billions of dollars in National assets. He is most proud of mentoring young leaders, building winning teams, and helping people achieve more than they ever thought possible.

Mr. Lovely holds a Master’s of Science degree in National Security Strategy Resourcing from National Defense University located in Washington, D.C., a Master’s of Engineering degree in Industrial Management Engineering from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute in Troy, NY, and a Bachelor’s of Science degree in Engineering Science/Nuclear Power Systems from the University of Texas in Austin, TX.

Mr. Lovely has been awarded the Defense Superior Service Medal, three Legion of Merits, two Meritorious Service Medals, and six Navy and Marine Corps Commendation Medals, among numerous others.
