What is your Return Policy?

While we strive to give you the best customer service and information you may need to make an informed decision about our products, items purchased are not returnable or refundable at this time. What shipping and processing options are available?

Standard Shipping and Processing.
Most purchases arrive within five business days from receipt of your order.

Rush Shipping and Processing
For an additional $15.00 per address, we can expedite delivery to most destinations. (Orders received by 3:00 p.m., Pacific time, Monday through Thursday arrive in two business days; orders placed Friday through Sunday arrive the following Tuesday.) We regret that this service is not available for some oversize items, out-of-stock items, items shipped directly from our supplier and items shipped outside the contiguous 48 states.

Special conditions sometimes apply to the delivery of oversize items, perishables or merchandise shipped directly from the supplier. You`ll find clarification of the shipping methods and times noted with the product description, as well as in your shopping basket once the item is added.

Can an order be shipped to a foreign country?

At present, we ship only within the United States, to its territories and to APO/FPO addresses.
