After supervisors and their teams have participated in the Accuracy in the Workplace program, supervisors attend the Coaching for Accuracy in the Workplace workshop to learn how to reinforce accurate data transfer techniques on the job. Supervisors will learn a complete methodology for effective coaching including solutions to resolve accuracy problem areas for entire teams as well as for specific individual team members.
