By selecting the Accuracy in the Workplace Train-the-Trainer workshop, you can become an in-house Trainer certified to facilitate the Accuracy in the Workplace (formerly known as, Accurate Data Transfer) and Coaching for Accuracy in the Workplace courses to the rest of your organization. Certifying internal trainers is an effective way for large organizations to easily and efficiently rollout accuracy training to multiple departments and locations. All Certified Trainers must attend an Accuracy in the Workplace pilot session. Learn how respond to participant questions pertaining to accuracy and help uncover individual error patterns of the participants. Coach participants who need additional help and learn how to best address your organization’s accuracy issues. Calculate accuracy and improvements in speed from pre- and post-course assessments.
