Become a Certified Consultant for the WorkPlace Performance 360 by selecting this workshop. Upon completion of the consultants will be able to access the WorkPlace Performance 360. This resource brings the language of WorkPlace competencies and flexibility into a powerful multi-rater performance evaluation tool.

Certified WorkPlace Big Five ProfileTM Consultants can increase their knowledge by adding the Leader and Career Guider Reports to their repertoire by taking this certification workshop. These reports are designed for WorkPlace users who plan to incorporate the WorkPlace in executive coaching, leadership training, and career development.

Certified WorkPlace Big Five ProfileTM Consultants can increase to their knowledge by adding the Teamer report to their repertoire. The Teamer is a special report designed especially for teams that contains the WorkPlace scores of the class participants as if they were an actual team. Participants will practice interpreting case studies of actual teams using Supertraits and Subtraits of the WorkPlace 4.0.

Become a Certified Consultant for the WorkPlace Big Five ProfileTM (WorkPlace). Upon completion of the training, attendees will be qualified to administer and interpret the WorkPlace Big Five ProfileTM within your organization. Includes participant materials and access to WorkPlace Big Five ProfileTM 4.0 Questionnaire for three additional participants who the Certified Trainers will debrief as part of the certification process.
