Looking for a comprehensive leadership development program? The Influential Leadership Series includes ten of our most requested leadership workshops. In-class discussions and developmental assignments given at the end of each workshop are customized to the specific needs of your organization. Workshops are generally spaced at month intervals to allow participants time to implement new skills. Follow-up sessions can be scheduled in between workshops to reinforce key concepts and strategies.
