Bayer mislabeled packaging of Alka Seltzer Plus products. This error could lead consumers to unintentionally ingest a product that they may have an allergy to, leading to an anaphylactic reaction. Some errors could cost an organization a lot of money…other errors could actually kill people. Although Bayer did the right thing by recalling the product, this mistake could have been avoided.
